Have you ever just felt like you aren’t having any luck on Tinder or any dating app? That every guy/girl you meet is just slipping through your hands and you cannot find a good one to connect with?
One of my good guy friends had this issue and was telling me his doubts he had with continuing using the app. At that moment, we both looked at each other and we decide to take a spin on things. I am now the controller of his account, and as we all know, with great power comes great responsibility…. but the question is – am I responsible?
Guess we will find out! Luckily for you I will be chronicling the experience here… so be sure to check back in for more of all the sordid details.
Have I had the chance to message anyone? Yes, I have tried to rekindle a couple flings he had going on in his messages and I had the chance to swipe left and right. I have even changed his Tinder picture because it needed some sprucing up. You’re welcome, friend, because I am making you look great.
Now, I don’t plan to mess with anyone or end up on Tinder Nightmares… you know that Instagram account. However, I am interested to see if letting me be in control changes his chances of finding someone. Sometimes we think that our friends see us better than we see ourselves… so could the same be true of friends Tindering for us? Do they know what we like and more importantly what we need?
This is just the introduction to our plan. In my next post, I plan to share my findings, and share whatever hilarity ensues in the coming weeks.
So what do you think? Is this wrong to do? Would you let your friend control your Tinder? I would love to hear your thoughts.
